Posted by "The Master" on December 11, 2013Hey Lila, one of the easiest ways to make someone late for an appointment is to give them a flat tyre. BUT remember that cars have a spare, so make sure you let down two or more at the same time. That should put them at least a quarter of an hour behind in their schedule.
You could also tip off the local Police that the person may be operating an illegal drug lab at their home, or that you saw someone drag a screaming child out of a van and into the house and you think it may be a kidnapping, that should take up some time.
